Is food provided?

Yes. We provide a small, healthy snack aimed to bridge the gap between lunch and dinner. It is normally something similar to 1 or 2 slices of toast, crumpets, fruit, vegetables or wraps – accompanied by water, milk, or squash.

What if my child has allergies?

Please make sure you detail this in your registration form and also mention it to us when you make your first booking. Allergy information is displayed at each club.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

What are your terms and conditions?

What is a half session?

It is the first half of the After School Club session, normally until 4:30pm. Please see the details on each individual Club page. If your child attends a sports club at the school and arrives late this is still a full session, if you wish them to stay past 4:30pm.

Are there charges if I am late picking my child up?

Yes. It’s £5 for every 15 minutes or part thereof that you are late.

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Sibling discounts are only applicable to Active Camps bookings.

What are the emergency contact numbers?

You can call us in the office on 01865 594324 and we will be happy to provide you with the individual Club contact numbers.

What time can I pick my child up?

The times vary at each Club for the last pick-up, but you are welcome to collect your child early if it is more convenient.

Can I book last minute?

Yes, subject to availability. To do so please call us in the office on 01865 594 325 up to 2:00pm on the day.

How do I pay?

Regular sessions are invoiced at the beginning of the term and can be paid using card, childcare vouchers, BACS transfer or direct debit.

Ad hoc (one-off or last minute) bookings can only be paid using card over the phone at the time of booking.

Regular bookings will automatically roll over to each new term unless you notify us of any changes, by email, with a term’s notice.

How do I cancel my booking?

Once a regular booking is made, you can cancel or reduce days, with a term’s notice, by emailing bookings@oxfordactive.co.uk.  Any increase in days will be subject to availability.

What if I need to change my booking?

Regular bookings need to be changed with a term’s notice via email to bookings@oxfordactive.co.uk.

Ad hoc (one-offs or last minute bookings) – you may swap to another day subject to availability by calling us in the office on 01865 594 325

What if my child is poorly?

Please do notify us by calling or email so that we can let the Club team know.  Refunds are not available if a child misses sessions due to illness.
